Rice Water Bright Makeup Remover for Eye & Lip

This two-phase, dual-action makeup remover with rice extract gently removes makeup from the eyes and lips, while leaving skin feeling moisturised. Its mild and milky texture is suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin. 

[Directions] Shake before use. Apply it on eyes or lips and lightly press for a few seconds to dissolve the makeup. Remove makeup using a downward motion. Rinse with lukewarm water.
