Refund policy

All returns and exchanges are subject to a 14-day return and exchange policy upon receipt of order, subject to the following terms and conditions:

Item cannot be returned/refunded for a change of mind.
To be eligible for a return, item must be in its original purchase condition – it must be unopened, unused, and not damaged in any manner. This also means that items purchased in a pack must be returned as a whole set.
For online orders, shipping costs associated with the return of the product will not be covered by Seoul Collection.
14-day return policy means that you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Please note that we will not accept items returned to us without our confirmation email. Instructions on how to process the return will be provided.

Returned items will be inspected for quality control and hygiene purposes. Seoul collection has the rights to reject refund on items that do not meet the conditions listed above.

If your refund request is approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

EXCEPTIONS/NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Seoul Collection will not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or aerosols also will not be accepted. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
